Destination Introduction
Hailing Island: Located in the northern waters of the South China Sea, southwest of Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, it is 20 kilometers from Yangjiang city center and covers an area of 105 square kilometers, making it the fourth largest island in Guangdong Province. Known as the “Southern Beidaihe” and “Oriental Hawaii,” it is praised as an uncarved jade. From 2005 to 2007, Hailing Island was named one of “China’s Ten Most Beautiful Islands” by Chinese National Geography magazine for three consecutive years. Surrounded by the sea, it has a subtropical oceanic climate with an average annual temperature of 22.3°C, an annual rainfall of 1816 millimeters, 310 sunny days per year, no harsh winters, no scorching summers, and spring-like weather all year round.

【Key Attractions】
1. Ten-Mile Silver Beach
Ten-Mile Silver Beach is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a total length of 9.5 kilometers and a coastline of 16.5 kilometers, listed in the Guinness World Records. The beach boasts fresh air, clean and even sand, and crystal-clear water. It offers water activities like sailing, yachting, and fishing, as well as sports such as beach volleyball and football.

2. Dajia Bay Water Park
Dajiao Bay is one of the most famous attractions on Hailing Island, renowned worldwide for its sunshine, sandy beaches, waves, and seafood. It is named “Dajiao Bay” because its spiral-shaped curve resembles a giant horn. Here, both the sky and the sea exude a southern charm. The air is as clear and fresh as melted crystal, and the blue, satin-like seawater shimmers under the sunlight. The sea’s expression is full of joy and vitality, irresistibly inviting you to plunge into its embrace, frolic with the waves, and chase after the tides.

3. Mawei Island
Mawei Island is located at the southwestern tip of Hailing Island, connected to the mountains of Zhapo Town. Its coastline is winding with many bays, the longest sandy stretch being one kilometer. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, it is actually a peninsula. The island is shaded by trees, and along the winding paths, large boulders scatter on the beach—some round and smooth, others steep and rugged, resembling crouching tigers or standing lions in bizarre shapes. As the westernmost point of the island, it is the best spot to watch the sunset. When the evening glow fills the sky, many visitors stop here to wait for the “Mawei Sunset.”

4. “Nanhai No. 1” Museum
The “Guangdong Maritime Silk Road Museum” primarily functions to collect, display, and exhibit artifacts and sites unearthed from the Maritime Silk Road, showcasing the long and splendid history of maritime civilization. It is located on Shili Silver Beach on Hailing Island, Yangjiang. The museum’s main structure includes the “Crystal Palace,” a giant glass tank where the water quality, temperature, and environment are exactly the same as the seabed where the “Nanhai No. 1” shipwreck rests.

[Notes]
- This is a group trip; no individual heroism or adventurous behavior. Avoid entering the sea in unprotected areas after dark.
- When at the beach, stay in small groups of 3-5 people; don’t go alone. Report to the leader if needed.
- Keep valuables with you and store them safely.
- Team spirit means prioritizing the team’s interests. Don’t let personal issues hinder the trip, spoil the mood, or disrupt the leader’s work. Show consideration for the elderly, weak, and women in the group.
- The routes we operate are mostly outdoor and photography-focused with complex procedures, and external factors often affect plans. In emergencies, the leader has the right to modify the itinerary; final decisions are made by majority vote.
- Without reducing major attractions, the leader can adjust the order of stops based on weather, peak season crowds, etc.
- Bring a valid ID for hotel check-in. Keep your valuables secure; don’t bring them to the beach for swimming. The club is not responsible for losses. When swimming, don’t overestimate your abilities, stay within the designated swimming area, and follow lifeguard instructions and announcements. Take good care of your children. Safety first! Don’t swim at public beaches without lifeguards or insurance, and don’t swim at night—the consequences are your own! If delays occur due to force majeure, all extra costs are the participant’s responsibility.
- Outdoor activities involve certain risks and unpredictability. Participants are fully responsible for their own actions and consequences. We’ll do our best to ensure safety with regular boats, chartered buses in good condition, high insurance coverage, and experienced guides. However, travel risks exist objectively; participants must be responsible for their own safety, assess their physical condition, and unconditionally accept the organizer’s arrangements. If an accident occurs without negligence on the organizer’s part, their responsibility is limited to organizing rescue efforts. [Liability Statement]: This activity is a grassroots self-organized event on a voluntary basis. The organizer is only responsible for arranging the itinerary and activities, with appropriate safety measures and assistance. Participants should fully understand the dangers and risks of outdoor activities; the organizer is not civilly liable for any personal injury or property loss. Given uncontrollable factors like falling rocks, slips, snakes, insects, wild animals, lightning, traffic accidents, etc., participants should carefully evaluate the risks before joining. If delays or changes occur due to personal reasons, government actions, or force majeure (weather, natural disasters, vehicle/boat delays, traffic jams, etc.), participants bear all resulting costs, with the organizer only assisting in minimizing losses. By registering, you fully agree to and comply with all content in this statement.
